There is something about the sound of running water over rocks that brings calm and serenity. When we stand, admire and listen to water falling, we are somehow able to release the stress in our lives. All the knots in our minds and bodies begin to release and slowly peace returns to our souls.

Is there a fountain, a river, a stream, or even a water feature in a favorite restaurant that will allow you to listen to running water? I hope you take the time to find some water and begin the process.
